Despite God herself decided to rest on Sundays, everything feels more dramatic when you’re expected to be in peace. We all want to live forever, but have no idea what to do on a rainy Sunday afternoon. It was one of those days when there was a sharp disconnect between my surroundings and how I felt inside: anxious, unsure, disappointed. Everything around me tried to comfort me, but I couldn’t let go of the tension that had been building up in the past 6 months. Life is a funny thing, especially on a Sunday afternoon when even London slows down and lets you have some space.
